Road Map

July 2006

Soo Ben Teong founded Bengkel Kereta Reliance in Cheras.

Sept 2011

Bengkel Kereta Reliance moved to the current location in Chan Sow Lin.

Jan 2018

Expanded the workshop to 30 technicians.

Nov 2022

UnityCorp Asian formed a strategic partnership with Bengkel Kereta Reliance.

Feb 2023

Upgrade of facilities and equipment to allow increased production.

Unity has made a significant investment to create a technology ecosystem that provides state of the art automation of claims, accident management, repairer, assessing and information systems.

This in turn provides an array of complex data from which we utilise Power BI to help us inform decision making across our business and for the benefit of our customers.

Unity’s technology drives a better customer experience, delivers a competitive advantage, provides efficiency gains, is scalable, suppresses cost and improves service consistency and outcomes.

Unity’s systems allow data to be aggregated and better used for analysis and management. The system also allows for bespoke feeds to be available in “near real time” for Unity’s customers.
